Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are typically processed no later than within 2-3 weeks of your order. Updates to this policy or alternate time frames will be posted on header page of website or in additional information on order confirmation.
Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can and will occasionally occur, especially during high volume seasons.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Smell of Fear Candle Co ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed & is ready for shipping. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please be advised that sometimes shipping notification will be sent when shipping printed in bulk, earlier than your package may be on its way to you. If significant delay suspected, please reach out via contact page or email.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Smell of Fear.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Smell of Fear.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do ship outside the U.S. however please note additional shipping times and costs may be incurred.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item. This allows me to evaluate the issue and assist in resolving it promptly.

Refunds
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once I’ve reviewed your situation, I will notify you whether a refund can be issued. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
