Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item. This allows me to evaluate the issue and assist in resolving it promptly.

The Smell of Fear Candle Co. is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting your claim.

Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once I’ve reviewed your situation, I will notify you whether a refund can be issued. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
