We clean up after ourselves

Taking steps to help clean up the planet is extremely important to The Smell of Fear Candle Co

To Date, You and I have....

• Removed 25 tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere
• Planted 3,269 trees
• Cleaned up 12,536 plastic bottles

Here's how it works: For every order I received, a portion went towards these climate initiatives. Together, we were a part of a company called Greenspark and made this happen!  

Seasons Change...

I have since parted ways with Greenspark due to a shift in revenue. Small businesses like mine are really feeling the hurt right now in this unstable economy. While I hope to reunite with Greenspark in the future, rest assured that I am still doing all I can to keep The Smell of Fear as environmentally friendly as possible.

• I use a super sustainable and earth-friendly wax blend in my candles
• I reuse & recycle all packing material I receive from my supply shipments
  
• I use "clean" fragrance oils with no phthalates 
• I use as little plastic packaging as possible, for example, swapping out glass jars for plastic clamshells in my wax melts

Searching for Sustainable Sustanability

So my promise is that for the foreseeable future, I will keep my prices as steady as I can while continuing to use sustainable practices to the best of my ability. As we progress into the future, I hope to be able to expand that, both back into a service like Greenspark as well as a jar recycle program. I hope you'll stay along for the ride!
